How to Order: You can order products directly from our website 24 hours/7 days a week. When placing your order, please make sure you provide your correct billing address for your credit card. If we do not have your credit card billing address with the order, it will delay it. Also include billing and shipping information for the order including your credit card number and expiration date. If the order is shipping to an address that is different from the billing address for the credit card, make sure you provide the billing address as it will delay the order if we don't have it. Finally, include your contact information, either phone or email address, in case we have questions about your order. Shipping Charges: Fate charges a shipping fee based on what UPS charges us for a given order plus a small charge for handling. Your shipping charge will be very close to what you would pay to ship those same items from any UPS store. Your shipping charges will be calculated during the checkout process and can be viewed before you place your order. Delivery Options: We use UPS for all orders shipped within the continental United States. We will ship your order UPS ground unless you request 2 Day delivery or Overnight delivery. Most UPS Ground orders will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days. If your billing address is a PO Box, please provide us a physical shipping address for UPS. 2 Day & Overnight Delivery: Orders placed before 11:00 a.m. Mountain Time will ship the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. Mountain Time will ship the next day so add one day to the delivery times listed above. Returns: If for some reason the jacket or pair of pants that you purchased directly from FATE does not fit, no worries. Return within 30 days of receipt, for either a full refund (shipping cost not included) or for a size change. Ship the clean and Un-used merchandise back to us at: Fate Clothing, Inc ATTN: Returns 4439 North Broadway, Unit H Boulder, CO 80304 Make sure you include your sales receipt in the box so that we can reference your order and make any necessary changes in our system. Any items that have been worn or are otherwise in a non-new condition will be returned to you and your credit card will be charged for shipping. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us by mail, email, or phone. Clothing purchased from a retail location, is not included in the return policy. These returns should be done through the retailer from whom you purchased the garment. Warranty: We stand by our clothing here at Fate. If there is a problem with any of our products within 1 year of purchase, and it is our fault, we will fix it free of charge. All we ask is that you follow these easy instructions: 1.) Call Fate at (303) 939-0050 and explain the problem so that we can give you a return authorization number (RA). Without this, we cannot accept returns for repair. 2.) Ship your jacket or pair of pants to: Fate Clothing, Inc ATTN: Repairs 4439 North Broadway, Unit H Boulder, CO 80304 3.) Include a copy of your sales receipt 4.) Include a letter stating specifically what is wrong with the product along with contact information including email and your RA number. 5.) Include your ship to address with your contact information Repairs take between 2 - 4 weeks. Once the product is fixed, we will ship it back to you free of charge and email you with a confirmation. |
